In this article, a workflow for the design and simulation of a cm-scale metalens is presented. 本文介绍了一种厘米尺度超构透镜设计与仿真的工作流程。
The nano-element are modeled in Lumerical and the RCWA method is used to create a database of the phase and amplitude induced by a single cell as a function of its diameter. The data are passed to OpticStudio for integration into a ray tracing system, where a collimated beam is focused by the metalens. 在Lumerical中对纳米元件进行了建模,并使用RCWA方法建立了不同直径单元对应的相位和振幅数据库。数据被传递到OpticStudio,整合到光线追踪系统中,在zemax中准直光束被超透镜聚焦。
