假设一直径为d的准直光束(可设为高斯型),入射到一个傍轴的薄透镜上(光斑小于透镜的通光孔径),在透镜的焦平面聚焦,发现两种不同方法算出来的结果差别非常大:
1、考虑艾里斑:2*1.22*lambda*f/d;
2、4/pi * lambda*f/d
请问应该用哪个公式才正确呢?非常感谢!

焦距是110mm,入瞳大小是8mm,波长850nm thorlab算的官网,按照艾里斑计算公式是28um,但是官网上写的是22um,不知道22um怎么计算的;另一种我按照高斯光斑聚焦公式计算4/pi * lambda*f/d,M2=1,得到的14um,thorlab官网给的回复是如下:
“The Spot Size vs Scan Angle data are simulated in Zemax, where we’ve used the ‘Diffraction Encircled Energy’ function and check the radius where the fraction is 0.865. Repeating this for several scan angles and all the wavelengths give the graph ‘Single-Axis Scan’ on our website. The customer could convince themselves if they like; just download the zemax black box file (forward version) and use the ‘Enclosed Energy’ function (choice ‘Diffraction’). ”
想问一下这种算分辨率一般用哪个公式,其实想根据横向分辨率反向计算入射光束直径,但是卡在公式上了,谢谢
