[求助] [已解决]zemax最敏感公差排序用的是什么视场

       在用ZEMAX进行公差敏感度分析的时候，公差列表会列出最敏感公差排序。有坛友知道这个公差排序是用什么视场分析的结果吗？先谢谢了。

不是用视场分的，是公差分析的时候有个评价的参数（比如MTF），看哪个参数的变化对MTF的影响最大。例如厚度影响最大，那就最敏感的就是厚度了。

公差分析Mode和criterion的选择是一方面，另外在tolerancing->set-up->菜单下有一个Separate Fields/Configs选填按钮，具体解释可以参考ZEMAX手册。
Separate Fields/Configs: If checked, the criteria will be computed and displayed for all field positions in allconfigurations individually. If unchecked, the criteria will be computed as an average over all field positions inall configurations. During inverse tolerancing, if Separate Fields/Configs is unchecked, the inverse analysis isdone on the overall tolerance criteria, which is usually an average of performance over all fields in all configurations.
